Our Church Pillars

We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. These pillars guide us in our weekly services & ministry events as we share the good news of Jesus Christ.

God

We are committed to loving God and providing God inspired service to others.

(Colossians 3:17)

Build

We build people not buildings.

(Matthew 16:12 & Acts 20:32)

Character

We strive to exemplify the character of Christ to all those around us.

(Philippians 2:10-16)

Fellowship

We are a community of believers with rich fellowship whose aim is to live out our oneness in Christ.

(Philippians 2:1-6).

Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • The Bible

We believe Scripture to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant and authoritative

word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

  • God

We believe that God is One, and He has revealed Himself as Father, Son and

Holy Spirit, three in one. Mark 12:29, 1 Corinthians 8:6 & Ephesians 4:6

  • Jesus

We believe Jesus is fully God and fully man who made atonement for mankind through the shedding of His blood and taking on their punishment. He died, resurrected and now is seated at the right hand of God the Father. Mark 16:19, 2 Corinthians 5:19, Colossians 1:19, 3:1, Ephesians 1:20, Hebrews 10:12, Hebrews 12:2 & Revelation 1:8

  • Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is the promise from The Father. He was sent to dwell in every one who has put their trust in Christ Jesus. He opens the eyes of understanding to the Word of God and helps them to live a life “worthy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ”. He bestows spiritual gifts for the edification of the church. He convicts the world of sin, in the hopes that they will turn away from this world that is wasting away and receive eternal life through Christ Jesus Our Lord. John 16:7-8, Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 2:12, 1 Corinthians 3:16 & Ephesians 1:13

  • Salvation

We believe Salvation is a gift from God through Christ Jesus Our Lord. There is only one mediator between God and man and that mediator is Jesus Christ. It is the Grace of God, His unmerited favor that He bestows on all who accepts it. John 14:6, Romans 6:23, 10:9-10 & Ephesians 2:8-9

  • Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God and that God specifically created us male and female with not only a physical but emotional and spiritual purpose in mind. We believe that man is a free agent, that he has the God given right to choose God or not. At the same time we believe that man cannot come unto God except they be drawn by the Holy Spirit. Genesis 1:27 & John 14:6

  • Ordinances

We believe there are two ordinances commanded by Our Lord: Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

  • Baptism

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation. It is symbolic of what Christ has done for the candidate and also what has taken place in the life of the candidate. Matthew 28:18-19, Acts 2:38, Acts 10:48 & Acts 19:5

  • The Lord’s Supper

The Lord’s Supper is of great importance to the Body of Christ. Matthew 26:26-29, Mark 14: 22-25, Luke 22:19-20 & 1 Corinthians 11:23-24
